About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil construction projects from planning to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in managing project teams, scheduling, and quality assurance. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Plan and schedule construction activities to ensure timely completion and within budget;
  • Manage project teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high levels of quality and safety;
  • Conduct site inspections and investigations to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions;
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • 5-15 years of experience in civil construction project management, including experience in managing large-scale projects;
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
