Community Retail Support Specialist

About the Role- We are seeking compassionate and passionate people who can provide excellent customer service, handle donations, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
The Volunteer Retail Assistant will work closely with store managers and support staff to gain valuable skills, build lasting relationships, and make a positive impact on those in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm greetings and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Support the Donor Care Program by receiving donated goods and communicating with donors.
- Process donated items according to guidelines, ensuring quality and usability.
- Assist with stock management, display, and cleanliness to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Must be 15 years of age or older.
