Key Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Retailer Communications Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the retailer website, ensuring consistency and quality control in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to coordinate and develop communications to support key strategies
  • Manage multiple inboxes, assist internal team members with requests, and support retailers and area managers with queries
  • Initiate planning, production, and delivery of relevant communications to retailers in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular reviews of user databases and content pieces to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Organise and lead communications meetings, prepare reports, and implement new communications processes
  • Develop and manage EDM blasts, recommending improvements to increase benefit to retailers
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of the retail industry (store experience highly desirable)
  • Interest in all things Comms
  • Some CMS experience (highly regarded but not essential)
  • A strong attention to detail, creative flair, and 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to think like a retailer, FMCG background with ability to challenge stakeholders when needed
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication, editing, and copywriting skills
