Retail Support Specialist

We are seeking a Retail Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store displays, and assisting with sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation and Stock Replenishment: Ensure that the store is well-presented and stocked at all times.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, both in-store and over the phone.
- Point of Sale Operations: Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Balloon Arrangement: Assist customers with balloon orders and provide expert advice on design and arrangement.
- Customer Delivery: Deliver balloons to customers using our company van.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
Requirements:
- Australian Driver's License (required)
- Previous experience in visual merchandising and customer service (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to travel between stores as required
