As a valued member of the renowned Accor Group, you'll play a key role in enhancing our dining experiences and crafting memorable moments for our visitors.Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic culinary team as a Steward and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen areas.
You will collaborate closely with the Kitchen Team to :Ensure all food and beverage spaces are tidy.Adhere to Health and Hygiene regulations and employ proper food handling techniques.Prepare and ensure the availability of mise en place as needed.Support other areas of the kitchen and collaborate with the chef on duty.Join us in delivering exceptional culinary experiences by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation in our kitchen operations
QualificationsService-oriented with an eye for detailTime management skills with the ability to multitaskGood interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team membersFlexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to changeExperience working in a commercial kitchen, preferredAbility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidaysAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?
