Pharmacy Technician Job Opportunity

">Job Description:
">The Prison Health pharmacy team is a multi-disciplinary team providing medicines management services to the Correctional Facilities in the Top End of the NT. Our goal is to optimise the quality use of medicines through innovative patient care to improve the health of incarcerated Territorians.
">Our team comprises of a small group of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who work within a clinic comprising of doctors, nurses, and other visiting allied health professionals. We have a strong focus on workforce culture and systems improvement.
">Key Responsibilities:
">• Clinical review of clients' charts
">• Providing professional advice in context of correctional setting
">• Management and distribution of medications dispensed by contracted pharmacy
">• PRN medication dispensing
">Working Conditions:
">Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am – 4:21pm. The Prison Health Clinic is primarily located within the Holtz Correctional Precinct, which is an approximately 25min drive from Darwin CBD, and 15min from Palmerston CBD.
