About the Role:- We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in providing top-notch technical support to customers across the Darwin region.
- Diagnose and repair Self Check Out (SCO) and Point of Sale (POS) Machines, as well as other products.
- Manage and organize parts inventory for efficient service delivery.
- Participate in regular product training and ongoing technical support services.
- Must have experience in PCB hardware repair and software uploads.
- Preferred qualifications include electro-mechanical device repair and aptitude, previous SCO repairs or installs, and a valid driver's license.
