Overview

Business Contribution:

Through the promotion of the service offerings, drive revenue growth for the organization in the operational expenditure and maintenance sector. Establish the company as a preferred specialty provider for shutdown and major maintenance services across clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key influencers within major clients to position services for sustainable growth.
  • Identify, maintain, and expand service agreements (key account contracts, new initiatives, etc.) focusing on Joint Integrity, on-site machining, sub-sea rentals, hot bolting, specialty shutdown services, and integrated logistics.
  • Develop quarterly and annual sales strategies for respective areas and take ownership of forecasts by meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitive landscape and total available markets to assist with the formulation and execution of strategic direction for regional services.
  • Oversee daily sales workflows, from opportunity identification to contract management, utilizing enterprise tools and CRM systems.
  • Prepare and manage value-driven proposals, ensuring active follow-up and successful conversion into orders.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure the highest standard of service is delivered to clients through timely delivery of quality equipment and skilled personnel.
  • Promote the enthusiasm to implement continuous improvement programs within the responsible area.
  • Act as an ambassador for safety and quality excellence by actively participating in safety initiatives and driving enhancements.
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally, adhering to published processes and complying with all company policies and procedures.

Required Capabilities:

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the operational expenditure and industrial markets, their competitive dynamics, and industry applications.
  • Proven efficient customer network across the region and ability to retain existing and develop new client business.
  • Able to forecast and provide accurate commercial insights in a client-driven environment.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrates and fosters a proactive spirit, a strong sense of optimism and urgency, ownership, and a strong commitment to achieving goals and organizational success.
  • Exhibits analytical and strategic thinking combined with a strong execution drive.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, mechanical engineering background, or a business degree.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant industry experience.
