Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Home Lending Specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting the needs of our customers.

Your primary focus will be on delivering an outstanding experience by working closely with customers to understand their end-to-end banking requirements. This may involve guiding first-time home buyers through the purchasing process or supporting seasoned investors in achieving their financial goals.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:

  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Guiding customers through the lending process with confidence and expertise
  • Leveraging your credit analysis skills to ensure positive lending outcomes for all
  • Becoming an integral part of our community-focused branch team

This is a permanent, full-time position located in a thriving local area. The successful candidate will be required to work 76 hours per fortnight.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, along with a high level of understanding of lending products and regulations. You should also be able to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues, and develop a holistic view of each situation.
