We're looking for a motivated professional with experience in consumer lending, who can build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth through acquisition and referrals.

As a Lending Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on home loan options
  • Processing and assessing loans
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth
  • Mentoring and coaching colleagues to improve their skills and performance

You'll work closely with leadership to achieve objectives and contribute to the success of customers and communities.
