We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Claims and Return to Work Coordinator in Melbourne. This multifaceted role is designed for a proactive and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the primary point of contact for workers' compensation claims, you will be responsible for managing and processing these claims, coordinating return-to-work programs, and communicating with injured team members, medical providers, and insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process workers' compensation claims
- Coordinate return-to-work programs in compliance with relevant laws
- Communicate with injured team members, medical providers, and insurance carriers
- Maintain accurate claims records and related documentation
- Develop strategies to reduce workers' compensation costs and improve workplace safety
- Manage trainee enrolments and contracts
- Liaise with Apprenticeship Network providers and RTOs
- Process claims and review invoices, ensuring data integrity
- Maintain and prepare people data and reporting
- Ensure accurate HRIS data and manage inactive team members process quarterly
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents and presentations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and transparency
- Support compliance with HR policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and navigate competing priorities. They will also have high integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information, analytical and goal-oriented thinking, and a passion for HR, people, and innovation.
