Job Description

We are seeking a diligent professional to handle financial settlements.

  • Prepare loan agreements and mortgage documentation.
  • Manage pipeline and associated follow-up tasks.
  • Liaise with financial institutions to facilitate the settlement process.
  • Arrange electronic or manual settlements as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved.
  • Prepare daily funding requirements and settlement figures.
Requirements:
  • Experience in financial services settlements is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
