Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

We are seeking a self-motivated and resourceful individual to join our recruitment team on a permanent basis. You will be based in our office and support operational manning requirements across various portfolios.

As a Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and administration of the recruitment process and pre-employment training programs. This includes driving the use of digital tools to fill vacancies and create a talent pipeline, supporting the conceptualization of other talent concepts, and aligning workforce strategy to recruitment demand.

Key tasks include:

  • Driving recruitment process efficiencies and clear recruitment reporting.
  • Providing strategic market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity, and salaries.
  • Actively managing recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines.
  • Communicating effectively with operational managers to coordinate interview and placement processes.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level interpersonal skills.
