The role of a Key Account Manager involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers in the medical aesthetics market. This entails identifying opportunities to expand sales and drive revenue growth through leveraging one's knowledge of the market, products, and competition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within each account
- Pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and positioning our products and services effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and improve sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all account activity in CRM systems
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and network with key customers and stakeholders
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales or key account management in the medical aesthetics market
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
