Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technician to join our team on a full-time basis.

The role will be focused on supporting aesthetic treatments in the operating/procedure room. If you're passionate about patient care and aesthetics, this is your opportunity to work in a modern, supportive, and high-performing team.

This is a 38-hour-per-week position with weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work as part of an operating room surgical team in Aesthetic procedures
  2. Assist our surgical team in treatments designed to enhance facial appearance and improve overall aesthetic appeal
  3. Prepare patients, equipment, and treatment rooms
  4. Assist with procedures like Botox and laser treatments
  5. Operate and work with various medical equipment and tools in our procedure rooms
  6. Maintain laboratory inventory levels and place orders for new supplies when necessary
  7. Coordinate treatment planning with dentists and hygienists when aesthetic concerns overlap with oral/maxillofacial regions
  8. Educate dental patients about available aesthetic treatments as part of comprehensive care
  9. Provide clear post-treatment instructions
  10. Follow clinical protocols and maintain aseptic technique
  11. Document all treatments accurately in patient records
Requirements:
  • A related qualification, AQF Diploma or higher
  • At least two years related experience
  • Experience working as part of an operating room surgical team
  • Experienced in Aesthetic Injectable (Botox & Fillers etc.)
  • Experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and patient safety
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in a dental or multi-disciplinary practice
  • Training in advanced treatments (PDO threads, PRP, etc.)
  • Bilingual – we have a high number of Persian speaking clients
