Job Summary

As a skilled aesthetic medical professional, the Medi-Spa Physician administers cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests. They must possess clinical knowledge to administer these procedures safely and effectively, explaining all aspects of products and services accurately to guests.

The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide aesthetic medical solutions, addressing concerns of onboard guests. The Medi-Spa Physicians work with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant, who assists with sales, marketing, and promotional aspects. Additionally, they are expected to gain knowledge of spa services and products to cross-promote these services to guests.

  • Be on time for work and prompt for each appointment.
  • Provide consistent professional medi-spa services and treatments according to OneSpaWorld's protocols.
  • Conduct patient follow-up as required.
  • Be flexible with scheduling, supporting the needs of the spa and guest.
  • Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product/supplies for cost control.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage medical product and supply inventory.
  • Communicate any occurrences involving staff or guests to management that require attention.
  • Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate, timely responses to requests by guests.
  • Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by ship and company policy.
  • Regularly attend and participate in training and staff meetings for the spa.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
