Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS ACROSS CLINICS, DOCTORS, AND NURSES.
  • DRIVE SALES GROWTH BY ACHIEVING TARGETS AND KPIs ACROSS THE TERRITORY.
  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE TERRITORY PLANS USING DATA AND CRM TOOLS.
  • COLLABORATE CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY TO SUPPORT PRODUCT LAUNCHES, TRAINING, AND EDUCATION INITIATIVES.
  • EMBODY A GROWTH MINDSET BY SEEKING FEEDBACK, CONTINUOUSLY LEARNING, AND ADAPTING STRATEGIES.
Required Qualifications
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND/OR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.
  • STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THE AESTHETICS, PHARMACEUTICAL, OR MEDICAL DEVICES INDUSTRY.
  • SUCCESS IN ACHIEVING AND EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS/KPIs.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, AND PRESENTATION SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO WORKIndependently WITH STRONG TIME MANAGEMENT AND TERRITORY PLANNING SKILLS.
  • COMPETENT WITH CRM SYSTEMS, REPORTING TOOLS, AND MS OFFICE.
  • LEGALLY ENTITLED TO WORK IN AUSTRALIA.
