Experienced Payroll Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing key payroll activities and supporting the People & Culture team.
The successful candidate will have experience in full-function payroll roles, with hands-on experience managing payroll for 800-2,000 employees. You will also have familiarity with payroll legislation and be able to find the latest updates.
This is a hybrid role, working from our North Sydney office two days a week and three days remotely. We offer a diverse and dynamic work environment, along with opportunities for career development and ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll from beginning to end, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Handle calculations for entitlements such as overtime, leave, and terminations with precision.
- Reconcile payroll data and manage monthly payments seamlessly.
- Experience in full-function payroll roles.
- Hands-on experience managing payroll for 800-2,000 employees.
