We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team, located in Warwick Farm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on a key role within our organisation.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing end-to-end payroll processing, utilising integrated Time Management and Human Resources Systems. This includes posting weekly and monthly payroll General Ledgers, processing Payroll Tax and Superannuation payments, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing using integrated systems
- Post weekly and monthly payroll general ledgers
- Process payroll tax and superannuation payments
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Maintain payroll operations by following established policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience with MicrOpay
- High level of attention to detail coupled with efficient approach to achieving outcomes
- Experience in payroll processing and ability to learn specific awards
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
