We are seeking a Solution Engineering Enablement Partner to drive our sales team's success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute enablement programs that equip our sales organization with the necessary tools, training, and resources.

  • Establish a disciplined approach to building and implementing strategic plans.

  • Collaborate with SE leadership as a key member of their extended leadership team.

  • Contribute to the definition and development of our Global SE Enablement plan, and lead communication and execution of the plan.

  • Work with the Global SE Onboarding team to refine the onboarding program based on the segment's needs.

  • Bld strategic partnerships and align with internal SMEs on enablement of content creation and delivery.

  • Partner with Enablement peers on common initiatives to create greater scale, and share content and other enablement artifacts.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a focus on enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space.

  • Exceptional business acumen and technical expertise in skills database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.

  • Deep understanding of Snowflake technology is a plus.

  • Experience in designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.

  • Ability to lead through influence and manage competing priorities across multiple projects.

  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills (including presentation skills).
