Senior Operations Executive

Lead the day-to-day operations of a multi-site health support services delivery to ADF personnel. Ensure efficient execution of company objectives and Contract targets.

  • Manage a team to deliver on-base services by Bupa and contracted staff.
  • Contribute to and deliver the strategy and business plan, ensuring it is future-focused.
  • Maintain relationships with Joint Health Command counterparts.
  • Drive positive relationships with partners and ensure contracted obligations are fulfilled.
  • Develop a culture that inspires and empowers employees across the business.
  • Role-model leadership development and facilitate a positive employee experience.
  • Utilize data to continually improve the customer experience and deliver efficiencies.
  • Lead continual improvements to the Service Management Plan.

Tertiary qualification in Healthcare or Business required. Significant proven experience in the defence sector and managing large-scale operating environments in a commercial clinical setting essential.
