Operations Manager Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position overseeing the day-to-day operations of an engineering consultancy. The role requires strategic management, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive company growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of operational plans, ensuring efficient workflows and process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering or construction, with at least 10 years in a senior management role.

  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving results.
  • Experience in business development, budgeting, and commercial negotiations.
