Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with sales teams, we develop proposed solutions to complex customer challenges using Pega technology.
  • Transforming complex technical concepts into compelling demonstrations showcases the full potential of Pega's platform.
  • Creating proof of concepts demonstrates how Pega solutions can revolutionize clients' operations.
  • Leading 'Proof of Concept' engagements at customer sites investigates the viability of implementing Pega solutions.
  • Presenting technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to prospective clients in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Driving technical thought leadership and best practices for demo builds and solution positioning across the entire sales team.
  • Developing innovative new uses for Pega technology feeds back into the product.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in analysis, design, development, and deployment of enterprise application systems.
  • Proficiency in JAVA, J2EE, .NET technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, database design, SQL, XML, and integration technologies.
  • Leading small development teams.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in computer science.
