About the Opportunity

This pivotal role has been developed in line with our strategic plan. We are seeking an energetic and purpose-driven leader who can drive sustainable revenue growth through compelling campaigns and strong engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to exceed targets and ensure long-term revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, manage, and mentor a passionate team. You'll foster a high-performance, positive culture that reflects our vision and values.
  • Donor & Stakeholder Management: Oversee partnerships and build relationships with donors and supporters. You'll develop a disciplined pipeline for all new opportunities.
  • Campaigns: Drive compelling fundraising campaigns, delivering initiatives to grow our portfolio and drive performance.
  • Grants: Manage grant applications and proposals.
  • Philanthropy: Research prospective donors and funding opportunities.
  • Reporting & Operations: Implement reporting to track results, monitor KPIs, and ensure data integrity.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of success in leading fundraising within the not-for-profit sector, with a track record of creative initiatives.
  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with CRM software.
