The Customer Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic customer meetings and events that drive meaningful patient impact.

This individual will support the Business Operations team in resolving complex issues and streamlining processes for customer activities with speed and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing contracts and service agreements; HCPs, HCOs, 3rd Party vendors through an integrated system
  • Coordinating HCP engagement approvals (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Invoicing and honoraria, Budget management and updating Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) events with all relevant meeting RSVPs and attendance lists
  • Sourcing and booking venues, liaising with external event companies, managing the process flow and clearance approvals (Veeva)
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for HCPs, expensing in aExpense platform, distributing marketing materials at dinner meetings and managing sponsorship requests for approval and contract closure
  • Attending regional / global SEC Champion meetings. Representing Aust CPO, leading/participating/facilitating knowledge sharing/exchange with regional/global teams
