Nursing Team Coordinator

This 22-bed unit offers an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing advanced cardiac monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Assess patients accurately and identify their needs
- Develop and implement effective nursing interventions
- Provide individualized care based on patient conditions and age
- Document medical necessity and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans as needed
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments
