We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth and positioning of our business as a trusted provider of premium bathroom and kitchen solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Job Description:

As a senior leadership professional, you will provide overall leadership by defining our mission, long-term vision, and strategic direction. You will also exercise ultimate responsibility for company-wide management, including product development, marketing, sales, distribution, and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the company's mission, long-term vision, and strategic direction.
  • Exercise ultimate responsibility for company-wide management.
  • Approve and control the allocation of financial, human, and physical resources.
  • Report directly to the board of directors.
  • Oversee compliance with corporate governance and industry standards.
  • Lead preparation and presentation of budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Act as the primary representative in negotiations and stakeholder engagements.
  • Appoint and approve senior executive team members.
  • Drive expansion and competitiveness through R&D initiatives and market opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in building and scaling startup businesses, ideally within the plumbing/tapware industry. They will also have at least 5 years of chief executive experience in the plumbing industry, with proven expertise in product development, branding, marketing, supplier management, and financial control.
