Job Title: Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, enhancing brand awareness, and improving customer experiences in the hospitality and gaming sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive visitation and revenue across multiple channels.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote the brand across digital platforms, print media, and events.
  • Manage sales targets and report performance to senior management, providing actionable insights to inform future decisions.
  • Work effectively in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Bonus skills include proficiency in graphic design software.

Qualifications:

  • Current RSA, RSG, and Gaming Licence certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality and gaming industries.
  • Proven expertise in the gaming and hospitality sectors, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, manage complex marketing campaigns, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms, including content creation and campaign optimization.
