Job Title: Business Growth Strategist - Aesthetic Sales Specialist


The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consistent performance results in sales, territory market development, and key strategic objectives in the promotion of our product portfolio across Western suburbs of Melbourne, and Tasmania.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Execute and deliver a territory business plan that drives sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key customers and thought leaders within the territory, leveraging their expertise and knowledge to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain and exceed sales budgets through strategic targeting of key customers and opportunities.
  • Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge, using it effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations.
  • Work collaboratively to deliver education and support to clients as required.
  • Leverage knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the Aesthetics community.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Science, Nursing, or Medical Science.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in B2B medical sales, preferably in the aesthetic industry.
  • Knowledge of the aesthetic market, including skincare, injectables, and capital equipment.
  • Hunter mentality, with a willingness to work hard to win business and convert customers.
  • Ability to run a territory with reasonable autonomy while collaborating with other team members.


What We Offer:



  • Highly competitive base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
  • Car allowance and fuel reimbursement.
