Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key contributor, you will drive media performance and account growth by managing and optimizing retail media campaigns across complex retail accounts.

  • Manage and optimize retail media campaigns, including Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily online marketplaces).
  • Ensure accurate delivery of client budgets.
  • Complete routine tasks independently, including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.
  • Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve campaign goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools, trends, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 4+ years of experience in retail media within an agency setting.
  • Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through online marketplaces, with experience working in the ad console.
  • Experience with third-party bid management platforms.
  • Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for maintaining complex spreadsheets and producing high-quality documents.
  • Client-centric attitude, with a passion for building long-lasting relationships and adding value to clients' businesses.
  • Process improvement mindset, seeking and implementing solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, valuing diverse contributions.
  • Adaptability to change strategies and plans as needed.
