Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead high-profile projects and collaborate with industry experts to deliver innovative solutions that drive carbon neutrality and sustainability. As an Electrical Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for managing project profitability, ensuring financial performance aligns with client proposals and business plans, and developing client relationships through effective communication and bid planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery from concept to completion, overseeing all technical aspects and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meeting targets, and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, manage risks, and drive project financial performance.
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and oversight to junior staff members, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering professional/technical primary or secondary substation design, with a focus on high-voltage projects (400-500KVA).
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communicator, and well-developed commercial, analytical, and technical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
