Senior Payroll Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Payroll project within a large digital transformation program.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Payroll project using agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders by facilitating workshops and presentations.
- Develop and implement change management strategies in collaboration with change teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.
- Manage all aspects of execution including build, unit/test, user acceptance testing, implementation, vendor engagement, financials, risk management, and post-go-live support.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in managing large-scale transformation or complex IT projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and motivating stakeholders across all project phases.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- The ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
- The ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
