Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Claims Specialist with expertise in Financial Lines to join our team at Aon. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client and insurance claims, ensuring they are handled within agreed timelines and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

* Primary contact for a portfolio of client and insurance claims, ensuring claims are managed within the agreed timelines
* Advocacy on complex Financial Lines and Transaction Liability Insurance matters, including strategy and front-end advice regarding coverage and liability issues
* Monitor and review regulatory and case law developments and produce client advisory white papers
* Financial Lines and Transaction Liability Insurance policy advice and drafting, including policy comparisons and manuscript Aon policy endorsements/policy forms
* Ongoing review and advisory around insurer claims behavior and delivery of those insights for Aon clients

Requirements

* Strong customer service focus
* Commercial claims experience with a strong working knowledge of Financial Lines
* Experience taking on additional role responsibilities with the ability to take on senior tasks
* Ability to work and positively contribute as a member of the team
* Strong prioritization and time management skills
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders
