Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team at Aon. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client and insurance claims, ensuring they are handled within agreed timelines and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary contact for a portfolio of client and insurance claims
- Advocacy on complex Financial Lines and Transaction Liability Insurance matters
- Monitor and review of regulatory and case law developments
- Financial Lines and Transaction Liability Insurance policy advice and drafting
- Ongoing review and advisory around insurer claims behaviour
- Participation in business development opportunities
Requirements
- Strong customer service focus
- Commercial claims experience with a strong working knowledge of Financial Lines
- Ability to work and positively contribute as a member of the team
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Outcome focussed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
