Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Personal Injury Claims, ensuring that injured workers receive their correct entitlements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality case management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Personal Injury Claims, including reviewing and assessing claims, communicating with stakeholders, and managing workflow.
  • Develop and implement Injury Management Plans with claimants, utilizing open-ended questioning to elicit SMART goals relevant to their circumstances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to legislative authorities, employers, and injured workers, ensuring timely responses and efficient processing.
  • Collaborate with internal support and external stakeholders to ensure proactive case management and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience in Workers Compensation Claims, Portfolio Claims management, or Call Centre experience.
  • Strong team player with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills in a high-volume work environment.
  • Strong analytical or Quality Assurance focus.
  • Focused attention to detail and accurate reporting skills.
