We are seeking a motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our team at WISE Employment Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting participants with their individualised plans and goals, with a focus on capacity building and community engagement.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of disability and its impact on social relationships, independent living, daily needs, physical health, vocational, and employment needs. They will also have demonstrated experience in working with people with a disability, either in a professional environment or through non-professional means or life experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting participants with their individualised plans and goals
  • Engaging participants in community activities and promoting social inclusion
  • Assisting participants with their daily needs and promoting independence
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve participant outcomes

Requirements:
