About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Planner. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing work schedules and customer requirements, estimating resources to deliver projects, and liaising with clients to ensure completion of work schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage work schedules and customer requirements to ensure timely project delivery
  • Estimate resources required to deliver projects and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Liaise with clients to ensure completion of work schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Contribute to day-to-day administration activities for the Branch, including developing and reviewing administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager to monitor spending and process payroll
  • Ensure daily operations are performed efficiently and effectively
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a high level of attention to detail. Ideally, you will have previous experience in an administration position, preferably in a trades-based environment. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as superb organization and time management skills.

You will be able to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite are also essential.
