About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Amazon's Existing Seller Management (ESM) team in Home & Leisure as an Account Manager. You will work closely with top-selling partners in the Home, Lawn & Garden, and Appliances categories to drive growth and adoption of Amazon services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and grow relationships with a wide range of businesses, stakeholders, and decision-makers to drive growth and adoption of Amazon services.
  • Collaborate with Product and Program teams to educate and support Selling Partners in using Amazon services such as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Sponsored Advertising.
  • Develop expertise in your category using internal and industry data to understand the competitive landscape, customer behaviors, trends, and new opportunities.
  • Relay Selling Partner needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams to improve both Seller and Customer Experience.
About the Team

The Home & Leisure team is a high-impact team that manages some of the largest and most complex Selling Partners and Programs. We come from diverse professional, educational, and cultural backgrounds, but we are all passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving the success of our Selling Partners.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields.
  • Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
