We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Leisure Travel Consultant to join our Sydney-based team at Gray Dawes Group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional leisure travel experiences to our clients, utilizing your expertise in designing personalized vacations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their leisure travel preferences and provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, and immersive experiences.
- Organize and deliver customized leisure travel packages that cater to each client's unique interests and preferences.
- Arrange all aspects of leisure travel, including domestic and international reservations using GDS and in-house platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing client satisfaction and delivering the highest level of service.
- Manage any travel disruptions or complaints and resolve them efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends to offer captivating recommendations to our clients.
What We're Looking For
- A motivated and passionate individual with previous experience in leisure travel and a talent for designing exceptional vacations.
- Experience with Global Distribution Systems like Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
