About the Role

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? W Hotels is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at BTWN, our signature restaurant located in the heart of Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver seamless service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Culinary and Front of House teams to ensure smooth operations and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance with local laws and company policies, including alcohol beverage service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and development.
  • In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, supervise the entire restaurant operation, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining high standards.
