Insurance Account Manager

Marsh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Commercial practice in Sydney - Barangaroo office.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for implementing Client First Principles across your portfolio of larger mid-market and smaller SME clients, ensuring high-quality customer service and consistent revenue attainment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing end-to-end service and support to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and provide support to the Commercial Principal and mentor junior colleagues.
- Liaise with Marsh Administration Teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, coverage profiles, and documentation requests.
- Develop and implement successful account retention and defence strategies to protect and grow client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification.
- Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) highly desirable.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of broking principles, insurance products, and service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
- Strong client service skills, with a focus on delivering technical, administrative, and consulting support to internal and external clients.
