Responsibilities
  • Work alongside seniors to manage commercial projects from concept to completion
  • Design Development - design concepts, functional design and aesthetic development
  • Space Planning & test fits in line with current codes
  • Modelling and documentation - test fits, speculative fitouts, client presentations, tender & construction packages
  • FF&E selection, schedules & detailing in line with lead times and budgets
  • Site inspections & surveys (existing layout, services audit, furniture & storage audit)
  • Presentations - visualisation and communication


Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience as an Interior Designer
  • Qualification in Interior Design or similar
  • Highly proficient with Revit
  • Experience with planning and designing commercial office fit outs
  • A creative, professional portfolio showcasing design style
  • Passion and desire to create modern and cutting-edge design
  • Great attention to detail and high-level presentations
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and engaging visuals
  • Must come from a strong design and construct background
