Job Description

As a registered nurse in our NICU, you will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with families and healthcare teams to support neonatal health outcomes.

You will apply evidence-based practice to deliver safe and effective care, develop advanced clinical skills through structured mentorship and supervision, and strengthen clinical decision-making and technical proficiency in neonatal care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA.
  • Extensive neonatal experience across SCN, HDU, and NICU settings.
  • Postgraduate certificate completed or in progress in neonatal nursing.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills in high-pressure neonatal scenarios.
