Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialised nursing care to neonates and critically ill infants

  • Operate advanced NICU equipment (e.g., ventilators, incubators)
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, paediatricians, and allied professionals
  • Educate and support families through crisis and recovery
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and comply with regulatory standards
  • Provide resuscitation and emergency care when required
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development

Requirements:

  • Australia: AHPRA Registered Nurse or New Zealand: NCNZ Registered Nurse registration
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in NICU, PICU, paediatrics, or maternity care
  • Postgraduate qualification in neonatal/paediatric nursing preferred
  • BLS, ALS, and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications required
