Strategic Account Manager Wanted

We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth & Retention:
    • Achieve annual upsell revenue targets within client portfolios.
    • Identify upsell opportunities to increase billable hours and/or cross-sell opportunities in other business areas.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong trust-based relationships.
    • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to identify opportunities, highlight risks, and deliver measurable value to clients.
  • Issue Resolution & Internal Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams (delivery, technical, and leadership) to resolve client challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Commercial & Strategic Insight:
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services, projects, and products.
    • Monitor account performance, client health, and satisfaction scores to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience in account management, client success, or business development within the technology consultancy or IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and consultancy delivery models.
