Employee Relations Manager Role

This role involves supporting a high-performance culture and acting as a senior specialist in managing workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies, and restructures. You will work closely with the business to execute projects that align with talent priorities such as legislative changes and continuous improvement processes.

  • Create sustained solutions to individual employee matters
  • Couch and mentor Employee Relations Advisors
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies, and restructures
- Work on projects that align with talent priorities such as legislative changes and continuous improvement processes
- Partner with the wider teams to execute wider talent projects such as acquisitions
- Create sustained solutions to individual employee matters
- Coach and mentor Employee Relations Advisors

The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations case management, knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements, and be up-to-date with any relevant employee relations amendments and emerging matters including case law, legislation, and award changes. They should also have demonstrated ability to provide practical and effective solutions to complex problems, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and proven ability to influence business leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
