We're seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to shape employee futures with confidence.
The Opportunity- Support a high-performance culture by acting as a senior specialist in managing high-risk issues, including workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies, and restructures.
- Work on projects aligned with Talent priorities, encompassing legislative changes and continuous improvement processes.
- Partner with wider teams, such as HR Business Partners, General Counsel's office, and other Talent Centres of Excellence to execute broader Talent initiatives.
- Create sustained solutions to individual employee matters by partnering with all levels of the organization.
- Certain roles may also require coaching and mentoring Employee Relations Advisors.
- Able to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Employee relations case management experience.
- Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements.
- Up-to-date with relevant employee relations amendments and emerging matters.
