We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Job SummaryThis is a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.
Your Key Responsibilities- General Office Duties – Answering phone calls, photocopying, binding, document filing etc.
- Reception Duties – Setting appointments, qualifying clients.
- Procurement – Managing purchase orders, deliveries, scheduling.
- Assisting with Estimating and preparation of correspondence, tender submissions, quotes, and reports.
- Monitoring, printing, and distributing emails.
- Updating Project Sheets and Submission Data.
- Supporting Workplace Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous administration experience (construction, strata or body corporate experience is highly regarded).
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A team player with the ability to support others and work effectively towards common goals.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to situations.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills with attention to grammar in Microsoft.
- Driver's License.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
