We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Job Summary

This is a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. General Office Duties – Answering phone calls, photocopying, binding, document filing etc.
  2. Reception Duties – Setting appointments, qualifying clients.
  3. Procurement – Managing purchase orders, deliveries, scheduling.
  4. Assisting with Estimating and preparation of correspondence, tender submissions, quotes, and reports.
  5. Monitoring, printing, and distributing emails.
  6. Updating Project Sheets and Submission Data.
  7. Supporting Workplace Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous administration experience (construction, strata or body corporate experience is highly regarded).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A team player with the ability to support others and work effectively towards common goals.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to situations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced computer skills with attention to grammar in Microsoft.
  • Driver's License.
