Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (30.5 hours per week). This role will involve coordinating with various areas of the business, including Retail Operations, Stocktake, Finance, and Group Regional Manager and Area Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support loss prevention weekly audits and investigations
  • Assist in security asset management within the business
  • Prepare monthly retail controls reporting for HAA stores
  • Improve reporting and quality of information to support risk management
  • Support Stocktake Manager with operations and reports
  • Review and update loss prevention procedures and documents for in-store teams
Requirements
  • Extensive retail experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized skills with excellent time management and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000 per annum (depending on experience)
