Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in advanced computer-aided calculation and modelling skills, including Microsoft and Autodesk suites (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
  • Continual professional development and enhancement of Revit/BIM skills.
  • Detailed understanding of relevant Australian standards, NCC, and building regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain interpersonal and client relationships
  • Passion for Building Services Engineering
  • Efficient management of costs and project timelines
  • Attendance at client meetings and site visits
Qualifications
  • Minimum six years of experience in the building services industry
  • Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Camel, and the MS Office Suite.
  • Relevant tertiary engineering qualification
  • RPEQ and/or CPEng (or working towards) certification
